FAIRFAX, Va. — Law enforcement in northern Virginia located a suspect after he allegedly shot one Loudoun County deputy and two security guards at a Walmart. The suspect initially fled and drove off in a pickup truck that he found behind the Walmart, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. LCSO said the man was being taken into custody in the Walmart for shoplifting. I read from WUSA9 that the shooting in Walmart leaves the deputy of Loudoun County and two security guards injured. They are real heroes. The police officers are always available and ready to put their lives in danger for public service. Even though the suspect fled initially and drove off a truck, he was still taken into custody. I am happy that he was caught because he may keep doing the same thing to other people if not. I commend the police officers for nonstop work to catch the suspect, so I’m happy that he is finally in custody. The suspect has to pay for everything he did. He injured the security guards and the deputy. It’s a good thing to know. Yet, as a resident, I am still disturbed by the incident that happens. I hope no more crimes like this will happen as we face the new year.
